Happy Tong Zhi festival
It is Wednesday , a chinese festival is paseed ? yea , it has been celebrated few hours ago , " TONG ZHI " was considered important to people ,a lot of you ate " thong yun" in home . I made some , it tasted great! Put togather the sweet rice flour and water . Add your favour colour essence into it. Then round it a small sphere with ur hand. Afterthat, prepare the soup. Boil the water , put the pantan leaf and sugar into it. You can put garlic with them , but it is just a choice. Some old people doesn't like the garlic flavour , just like my grandmom. After the soup is prepared , put the TONG YUN into it , wait it float at the water surface, A tasteful tong yun can serve on table. Some memory spring to my mind . I remember a night that my mom ,grandmom , my sis , and cousins were gathered at the round table, rounding the tong yun togather. My sis and I were naughty the time , We made out the tong yun a lot of shapes , weird shapes. Likes , aeroplane , cube , people .. I forgot some. But, we don't follow the rules always. :) I have a happy time in this festival . Happy Tong Zhi Festival !
