As expected 20th Century Fox confirmed that a third Alvin and the Chipmunksmovie will be produced. And they announced that this new sequel will be done in 3D.

The official release date of Alvin and the Chipmunks 3, aka Alvin and the Chipmunks 3D, is set for December 16, 2011.

On vacation aboard a luxury cruise ship, Alvin, Simon, Theodore and the Chipettes are up to their usual antics, turning the ship into their personal playground, until they become 'chipwrecked' on a desert island. As Dave Seville frantically searches for his AWOL charges, the 'Munks and Chipettes do what they do best – sing, dance and wreak havoc. But they're in for a surprise when they embark on an island adventure with their new friend – a castaway who's more than a match for Alvin and the Chipmunks."

My Comment : I am going to watch this in cinema! I am crazy for Chipmuncks since this was the first . LOL! I was watching this with him last year , how about this yera? Maybe watching this this with kit mun and my younger sis is coming along with us!

I love Theodore! Because he is as fat as me and cute as ... ahermm .. ROFL !
